What's Inside

• XDP3800 is a neo-synthetic water miscible fluid for metal machining, containing lubricating, biostatic and corrosion protection agents of the latest technology.
• In its formulation, mineral or vegetable oils are replaced in their lubricating function by high quality polymers that are completely soluble in water.
• XDP3800 is especially recommended to efficiently machine aluminium with excellent surface finishing, and it is highly skin-friendly thanks to its low pH-value.
• The product does not contain chlorinated and sulfurized compounds, boric acid and formaldehyde-releasing agents.
• Stable solution at all water hardness

Usage and Handling

• It's easy to get started with the Excision Ebox.
• The flap on the Excision Ebox can be cut open, and the circular plastic seal removed.
• Screw on the tap, and you're ready to go!
• Store it on the shelf and dispense the oil into a jug, or directly into your machine.

Storage

• The Excision XDP3800 Ebox can be stored on a shelf with easy access via the tap.
• Store in a closed area at temperatures not below 5°C or above 40°C.
• Shelf life: 1 year.
