What's Inside

• XDP605 is a highly refined and hydro-cracked mineral oil designed for soft to medium duty cutting and grinding operations for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
• It can be used for grinding, lapping and honing steel and yellow metals without staining.
• The contents of XDP605 allow it to be used in conditions of very low mist and smoke even if the viscosity is low.
• Its anti-wear and polar additives provides excellent lubrication and cooling.

Usage and Handling

• It's easy to get started with the Excision Ebox.
• The flap on the Excision Ebox can be cut open, and the circular plastic seal removed.
• Screw on the tap, and you're ready to go!
• Store it on the shelf and dispense the oil into a jug, or directly into your machine.

Storage

• The Excision XDP605 Ebox can be stored on a shelf with easy access via the tap.
• Store in a closed area at temperatures not below 5°C or above 40°C.
• Shelf life: 1 year.

• XDP605 can be used for cutting and grinding operations without dilution.
• It is suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals generally and specially cemented carbides including diamond and CBN wheels.
