Ezylok Louvred Panels, Free Standing Racks & Plastic Bins
The Ezylok louvred panel system is the foundation of the storage range.
Powder-coated steel panels mount to walls or free-standing racks and accept snap-in plastic bins in six sizes — from compact Size 6 bins for O-rings and small fasteners through to large Size 2 bins for bulkier components.
Panels are available in LP1 through LP5 sizes, sold individually or as pre-loaded kits with colour-coded bins ready to install.
Free-standing racks add double-sided or single-sided floor-mounted options where wall space is limited.
Ezylok Louvred Panel: The mounting backbone of the Ezylok system — a powder-coated steel panel with horizontal louvred slots that accept any Ezylok bin size. Available in LP1 through LP5 sizes for wall-mount or rack-mount installation. Multiple panels can be joined side-by-side for extended storage walls.
Ezylok LP5 Louvred Panel & Size 4 Plastic Bin: Complete wall-mounted storage kit pairing the full-size LP5 louvred panel with pre-loaded Size 4 bins. Ready-to-install system suited to workshops storing small fasteners, electrical components, and hardware in colour-coded bins for quick identification.
Ezylok LP5 Louvred Panel & Mixed Size Bins (3Z, 4, 5, 6): A louvred panel loaded with a mixed selection of Size 3Z, 4, 5, and 6 bins for installations where different parts require different bin volumes. Ideal for maintenance cribs and tool stores holding varied inventory.
Ezylok Free Standing Rack (Double-Sided): Floor-standing double-sided rack with louvred panels on both faces, providing accessible bin storage from two aisles without requiring wall space. Suited to production floors, packing areas, and central stores where mobile access from multiple directions is needed.
Ezylok Free Standing Rack (Single-Sided): Single-sided free-standing rack for positioning against walls or at the end of production lines. Provides the same louvred panel bin mounting as wall systems but relocatable as workshop layouts change.

- Ezylok Plastic Bin Size 6 — Box of 50: The smallest Ezylok bin (95L x 100W x 55H mm) for micro-components and electronic parts. Box of 50 units provides maximum density storage on louvred panels. Four colour options for visual sorting.
- Ezylok Plastic Bin Size 2: The largest standard Ezylok bin (500L x 310W x 200H mm) for bulky components, hose fittings, and high-volume consumables. Four colour options. Open-front design allows quick one-handed access.
- Ezylok Plastic Bin Size 3ZD: Tall narrow-profile bin (350L x 465W x 150H mm) designed for storing long items such as drill bits, cable ties, and rod stock vertically on louvred panels.
- Ezylok Divider Plastic Size 4: Internal bin dividers for Size 4 bins, enabling sub-compartment organisation within a single bin. Box of 10 pieces. Also available in Size 2 and Size 3Z/3ZD variants.

Ezylok G5 Basic Workbench with 1 Drawer and 1 Cupboard: Mid-range workbench combining a single drawer for hand tools with a lockable cupboard for secure storage of measuring instruments, chemicals, or valuable components. Heavy-gauge steel construction throughout.
Ezylok Basic Workbench with 6 Drawer & 1 Cupboard: Fully equipped workstation with a six-drawer bank for organised tool storage and a lockable cupboard. The drawer bank accommodates socket sets, spanners, and precision instruments in separated compartments.
