The catalogue offers the SA series in re-lube and sealed-for-life styles. This model number does not show the style, so ask AIMS first if re-lubrication matters.
Fitting and use
Check the load and speed against the catalogue figures in the Model Details before ordering, and apply a suitable safety factor. The allowable rotating speed in the catalogue is a standard value: it falls to 80% for units fitted with covers, and a loose fit between shaft and inner ring reduces it further.
Fit the collar against the inner ring so the eccentric surfaces engage, then tighten the set screw in the collar.
The spherical O.D. seats in a housing with a matching spherical bore. Ask AIMS to confirm the housing for your insert before ordering.
