Mitutoyo 368-166 Holtest Bore Micrometer 20-25mm

The Mitutoyo Holtest Series 368 is an analog three-point bore micrometer for measuring the diameter of a hole. It suits toolrooms, machinists, inspectors and quality control. Three contact points let it centre itself in the bore, so the reading is stable. It can measure close to the bottom of a blind hole, and the titanium-coated measuring pins resist wear and knocks.

Four sizes are available, from 20 to 25mm up to 40 to 50mm. Graduation is the smallest step you can read on the scale. Accuracy is a separate figure. It is the maximum permissible error, which is the most the reading is allowed to be out. All four sizes are ±3µm. The micrometer is delivered without setting rings or extensions. Setting rings are an optional extra, and an optional 150mm extension rod lets you reach deeper holes.
