The Koyo TBK-HM is a Holden marine type trailer wheel bearing kit. It contains two tapered roller bearing sets (Set 2 and Set 6), a PR6641 seal, a split pin and a dust cap, so a trailer hub can be rebuilt from a single part number.
This is the marine version of the kit, supplied for boat trailer hubs. The road version uses the same bearing sets with a different seal.
Koyo bearings are made by JTEKT Corporation. The seal numbers and bearing set numbers come from the Australian supplier specification, so you can match them against the parts already in your hub.

Selecting the right option
Match the kit to the bearings and seal already in your hub, not just to the vehicle name. Check the numbers stamped on the existing bearings and the seal dimensions before ordering, because hub and axle types vary.
The bearing numbers for this kit are listed above: the larger-bore bearing is LM67048/10 and the smaller-bore bearing is LM11949/10. Dimensions and ratings are from the Koyo catalogue.
Fitting and use
Replace the bearings, the seal and the split pin together whenever you rebuild a hub. Clean the hub and check it for wear and damage before fitting the new parts, pack the bearings with a suitable wheel bearing grease, and set the bearing adjustment to the trailer or axle manufacturer instructions.
