Dimensions are in millimetres: A is the diameter and B is the height, as read from the catalogue diagram, and C is the metric thread size. The load columns use Mackay's own headings (Static and Buffing, each with Load in kg and deflection in mm). Mackay prints all properties as nominal and asks you to contact them for technical advice. The 50 x 35 mm Duro 40 part is M12503540; the other parts are Duro 55. Where the Mackay Vibration Isolators catalogue (Industrial Edition 09/2026) and the older Mackay Industrial Rubber Technology catalogue print different loads, both figures are shown, newer catalogue first. The older catalogue prints no load figures for M121003055.
Selecting the right option
Choose the buffer by load first. Each part number has its own static load and buffing load, each with its own deflection, so work out the load each buffer carries and stay within the figure that matches how you use it. Because the figures are nominal, contact Mackay for critical loads and for M121004055, where the two catalogues differ. M121003055 is listed in the current catalogue only, so there is no second figure to check it against.
