Ninja Maxim GripX HPT Gloves, Hi-Vis Yellow, Medium (NIGRPXHPTFY000M)

The Ninja Maxim GripX glove has a soft, flexible HPT (Hydropellent Technology) coating dipped over the palm and a lightweight nylon and spandex knitted liner. Ninja's data sheet lists the coating as giving wet, dry and oil grip, the liner as wicking liquid away from the back of the hand, and encapsulated air pockets that reduce the effect of light vibration (manufacturer-stated). The glove is 25 cm long and comes in black and in hi-vis yellow.

Ninja gives EN 388:2016 3131X, which is abrasion 3, blade cut 1, tear 3 and puncture 1, with the cut test not done (manufacturer-stated). Blade cut level 1 is the lowest level, so this is a grip glove and not a cut resistant glove. Ninja lists applications as construction and infrastructure, mining, manufacturing, shipping and receiving, warehousing, materials handling and assembly, and horticulture (manufacturer-stated). The EN 388:2016 result (manufacturer-stated) is read in the order abrasion, blade cut, tear, puncture and then a cut letter from A to F. A higher number or letter is a higher level, a 0 means level 1 was not reached, and an X means that test was not done. A P at the end means the impact test was passed. Match the glove to your risk assessment, check the fit, and replace gloves that are worn, torn or contaminated. The ratings are test results on the glove material and do not describe every hazard on your site.

This listing carries black in XS to 2X-large and hi-vis yellow in small to 2X-large. Ninja's data sheet lists small to 3X-large, so contact AIMS about XS or 3X-large. Beaver packs the glove 12 pairs to a pack and 144 pairs to a carton (manufacturer-stated).

Selecting the right option
