Noga CR2500 Deburring Tool Concaved Blade
Available
The Noga CR2500 Deburring Tool Concaved Blade is part of the Noga Cera-Cut ceramic deburring range. Cera-Cut tools use a ceramic cutting element rather than conventional HSS, making them suited to deburring hardened steel, heat-treated components and surfaces where conventional blades would dull rapidly or leave metallic contamination. The ceramic blade produces a smooth, micro-burr-free finish and does not transfer ferrous particles to the work surface — a key advantage in stainless steel, medical device and food-grade fabrication environments.
Where this tool is used
- Hardened steel and heat-treated component deburring where HSS blades lose edge life quickly
- Stainless steel and medical-grade fabrication where ferrous contamination from conventional blades is not acceptable
- Electronics and precision instrument manufacturing requiring a clean, non-metallic deburring process on sensitive components

Selecting the right option
Convexed geometry (CR2000, CR2200) suits external curved surfaces and convex edges. Concaved geometry (CR2300, CR2500) is designed for inside radii and concave profiles. The CR5100 V-shaped blade handles chamfered edges and angular features. The CR6100 hard-cut blade is the right choice for the most demanding materials. If you're new to Cera-Cut, the CR3000 set gives you handle and blades to evaluate the system before committing to volume. AIMS stocks the full Cera-Cut range for same-day despatch from Sydney.
