Selecting the right option

Select dressing stick abrasive (Norbide/boron carbide, aluminium oxide, silicon carbide) to suit the wheel type being dressed. Norbide sticks are the hardest and most aggressive for opening conventional and superabrasive wheels. Al oxide and SiC sticks suit standard wheel dressing. Apply the stick to the rotating wheel face with firm, even pressure.
