Pferd 44692711 Policlean PCLD PLUS Disc 100 x 13 mm, Blue, 16 mm Hole

The Pferd Policlean PCLD Plus is a blue non-woven cleaning disc, 13 mm thick, in 100 mm, 115 mm and 125 mm diameters. The 100 mm disc has a 16 mm hole and the 115 mm and 125 mm discs have a 22.23 mm hole (manufacturer-stated).

The catalogue describes POLICLEAN PLUS as a coarsely structured, aggressive, non-woven cleaning fabric made from a special combination of synthetic fibres and abrasive grain, glued onto a backer, for roughening and for coarse cleaning work such as removing paint, scale, heat discolouration, rust and adhesive residues (manufacturer-stated).

The catalogue lists a considerably higher stock removal rate, very good tool life and very high aggressive performance for the PLUS version, with an open structure that prevents clogging of the tool itself. The arbor is ordered separately (manufacturer-stated).
