• POLINOX Ring Wheels Unitized Discs
• POLINOX unitized wheels PNER and unitized discs PNER consist of multiple layer, strongly compressed non-woven material, bonded with a special grit resin system.
• Type for straight grinders, flexible shafts and bench grinders: Particularly suitable for work on smaller surfaces
• Type for speed-adjustable angle grinders and fillet weld grinders: They are especially suitable for work on fillet welds and very hard-to-reach slots or indentations.

Recommendations for use

• When working on materials with poor heat conductivity, e.g. titanium and stainless steel, significantly reduce the cutting speed
• Flexible shafts, electric and air-powered straight grinders as well as angle grinders and fillet weld grinders can be used as tool drives
• Designed for use on straight grinders and flexible shaft drives. Particularly suitable for work on small surfaces of stainless steel (INOX) and titanium alloy components.
• Unmounted grinding wheels with diameter 150 mm can also be used on grinding blocks, for reworking surgical instruments for example.
• Abrasives: A = Aluminium oxide C = Silicon carbide (SiC)
• POLINOX unitized wheels PNER achieve their best performance at a cutting speed of 15̐35 m/s. This provides an ideal compromise between stock removal, surface quality, themal load on the workpiece and tool wear.
