Pferd Solid Steel Grinding Wheel

• PFERD presents the new robust CC-GRIND-SOLID for hard and tough grinding processes. The further development of the PFERD innovation CC-GRINDå¬ is characterized by an integrated glass fibre backing pad in combination with high-performance abrasive grain and a special clamping system.
• This grinding disc should be used with the special clamping flange set. The unique clamping system allows for flat use between 5 to 15 degrees and optimum utilization of the available abrasive.
• PFERD CC-GRIND-SOLID grinding discs can be used on commercially available angle grinders.
• The innovative high-strength layer structure of the glass fibre backing pad guarantees the same robust and secure use as with a reinforced grinding wheel.
• The CC-GRIND-SOLID grinding disc meets all the safety requirements of a reinforced grinding wheel in accordance with EN 12413, in particular the side load test.
• Noise and vibration are reduced by 50 %, dust by 80 %. The grinding disc is optimally aligned due to the special clamping system and can thus be used particularly flat and efficiently.
