These Stenco aluminium V pulleys are for A and B section V belts. The range here covers single and double groove pulleys with outside diameters from 4-1/2 in to 7 in (114.3 to 177.8 mm).
Pilot bore pulleys have a 1/2 in (12.7 mm) bore that you machine out to suit your shaft. The other pulleys are listed with a 5/8 in, 3/4 in or 1 in bore.
Choose the pulley by belt section, number of grooves, outside diameter and bore. Each model is listed below with its Stenco code.

Selecting and fitting
Match the belt section (A or B) to your belt and check the number of grooves. For a pilot bore pulley, check that the 1/2 in pilot bore leaves enough material to machine out to your shaft size.
Keyways: the 5/8 in and 3/4 in bores have a 3/16 in wide x 3/32 in high keyway, and the B section 1 in bore (1B0504) has a 1/4 in wide x 1/8 in high keyway. The keyway size for the 1 in bore A section pulleys (1A0624 and 1A0704) is not listed, so contact AIMS if you need it before ordering.
