Mitutoyo QM-Height 350mm Height Gauge, Air

The Mitutoyo QM-Height is a high-precision ABSOLUTE digital height gauge for toolrooms and quality control. Both models here have built-in air suspension and come in two sizes: a 350mm (14") slider stroke that measures from 0 to 465mm, and a 600mm (24") slider stroke that measures from 0 to 715mm with the probe at the highest position.

The accuracy at 20°C is ±(2.4 + 2.1L/600) µm, where L is the measuring length in mm. Repeatability is up to 1.8µm using the 5mm ball probe. Air suspension has a pump that helps you reposition the gauge on a surface plate. Do not measure while the pump is running. Use a surface plate of JIS grade 1 or better. The tolerance screen shows GO and NG at a glance. Batteries last about 1200 hours without air suspension and about 90 hours with it.
