The Samoa 454100N oil measure filler is an air-operated bottle-filling pump designed for accurate, mess-free dispensing of oil and other lubricants from bulk drums into bottles and small containers.

A spring-loaded tap controls the dispense, and a moulded drip tray catches any splashes or drips before they reach the floor.
