About Grade TP0501
Duratomic® grade. A grade with an extremely high degree of heat and wear resistance for many steel applications such as in alloy steels and especially capable under dry conditions, but also applicable for demanding applications in cast irons. Ti(C,N) + Al2O3 + Used Edge Detection (Chrome). W-MF2 Chipbreaker Prog.ramme First choice for finishing with both positive and negative inserts. Chipbreaker is suitable for finishing machining of steel, stainless steel and cast iron at high feed rates giving good surface finish. Indicative machining range: f = 0,05-0,60 mm/rev, ap = 0,5-4,0 mm.
