Sqwincher Qwik Stiks are single-serve electrolyte powder sachets for mixing in a drink bottle. Beaver's website says to pour the contents into a 500 to 600 mL drink bottle, fill with water and shake well, and Beaver's catalogue says one Qwik Stik makes 600 mL (manufacturer-stated). Packs hold 50 sticks, and Sqwincher's data sheet gives a case of 10 packs (manufacturer-stated).

Sqwincher's data sheet lists the Qwik Stik as caffeine free and gluten free with no artificial colours and low calories, and Beaver's catalogue lists it as 99.5% sugar free, low sodium and containing anti-oxidants (manufacturer-stated). Beaver's website says zero sugar and zero calories, which does not agree with the 99.5% figure, so this page uses the catalogue figure. Beaver's catalogue says a single Qwik Stik contains 138 mg of sodium per 600 mL (manufacturer-stated).

This listing carries eight flavours: cool citrus, grape, lemon-lime, lemonade, mixed berry, orange, watermelon and an assorted pack. Seven are listed by AIMS as a case of 10 packs of 50 sticks (500 sticks). The assorted pack, SQ0104-MF, is listed by AIMS as a single pack of 50 sticks (AIMS record). Sqwincher says it has served Australasian workers since 1999 (manufacturer-stated).

Beaver's data sheets and website give no nutrition information panel, ingredient list or allergen statement. Ask AIMS for these before you order if you need them.
