The Sutton C102SC1T is a 5 piece set of 90° cross hole deburring countersinks in HSS, TiN coated, with 3-6, 4-10, 5-13, 8-20 and 14-28 mm ranges: item numbers C102 0901, C102 0902, C102 0903, C102 0904 and C102 0905.
The cross hole design is for removing burrs, with a smooth cutting action. The TiN (titanium nitride) coating is designed to reduce friction and extend tool life. Each size in the set is also available individually.

Using the tool
- Use light pressure at a low to moderate speed and let the cutting edges remove the burr.
- Use cutting fluid when working steel or stainless steel.
