Sutton hacksaw frames accept standard bi-metal and HSS hacksaw blades for hand cutting of metal pipe, conduit, threaded rod, and bar. Soft-grip handles improve comfort; adjustable frames suit both 10" and 12" blades.

Used for hand cutting of steel pipe, conduit, bolts, and sections where a power saw is unavailable or impractical.

Selecting the right option

Tension the blade firmly before cutting to prevent wander. Match blade TPI to material thickness — 18 TPI for general metal, 24–32 TPI for thin tube. The 300 mm frame handles all standard trades cutting tasks.
