The Sutton M8000400 (M800 0400) Venom Extreme Power Cutting Paste is a 400 g high performance, low melting point cutting lubricant, formulated for superior tool life and cutting performance in carbon steel, aluminium alloys, copper, bronze, stainless steel, nickel, titanium and other super alloys.
The low melting point paste is specifically designed to adhere to the cutting edges, even when additional coolants are used, and is not affected by coolant. It is designed to reduce friction for a high quality surface finish and to give greater tool protection at the cutting edge.
Where this product is used
- Tapping and threading in carbon steel, aluminium alloys, copper, bronze, stainless steel, nickel, titanium and other super alloys.
- Drilling, reaming, boring, broaching and holesaw cutting where the lubricant must stay on the cutting edge.
- Milling, sawing and lathe turning, including jobs that also use flood coolant.
- Applications include DIY, trade, industrial, metalworking, machine shop and MRO work.

Using the cutting paste
- Apply the paste to the tap, drill, cutter or the workpiece before the cut with a brush or the tool itself, and reapply as it wears off.
- Use it with the cutting speed and feed that suit the material and the tool.
- Wipe the workpiece clean after machining, and store the tub closed.
- Refer to the safety data sheet for handling and storage information before use.
