Sutton Venom Endurance+ 50 mL Cutting fluid (M8000050)

The Sutton Venom Endurance+ Cutting Fluid range comes in four sizes: 50 mL and 250 mL bottles, a 4 L container and a 300 g cutting spray. It is a cutting and lubricating fluid for drilling, tapping, milling, broaching, reaming, threading, sawing, boring, lathe turning and holesaw cutting in carbon steel, aluminium alloys, copper, brass, bronze and stainless steel.

Venom Endurance+ is formulated to increase tool life and enhance cutting performance. It has a mineral oil base with 10% organic coconut oil, free from trichloroethane, low odour, and a mild clinging action helps it adhere to the tool and workpiece when vertical work is required. The 300 g spray has a comfort nozzle for hard-to-reach areas. The range is designed to reduce torque and friction, extend tool life, improve surface finish and give accurate thread quality.

Using the cutting fluid

• Apply the fluid, spray or paste to the cutting edge or the workpiece before the cut, and reapply on long cuts or deep holes.
• Use it with the cutting speed and feed that suit the material and the tool.
• Wipe the workpiece clean after machining, and store the product with the cap or nozzle closed and away from heat.
• Refer to the safety data sheet for handling and storage information before use.
