Standard Dilution Rates

• Heavy Cleaning -Dilute 1:10 up to full strength. Engine exhaust & carbon, lubricating greases, landing gear, engine degreasing, parts maintenance, asphalt, resins, insect smears, thick laden dust, oily dirt.
• Average Cleaning -Dilute 1:10 up to 1:20. Exterior fuselage cleaning, oily floors, mechanic work areas, tools & support equipment, vehicle maintenance, shipping containers, utility equipment.
• General Manufacturing -Dilute 1:5 up to 1:40. Cleaning parts to remove cutting oils, polishing rouges, waxes, etc. in parts washers/ultrasonic cleaners/dip or immersion tanks.

Triple7 Aircraft & Metalcanbe used in all types of machine applications; eg soak tanks, manufacturing process cleaning, pressure washers, steam cleaners, closed cabinets, ultrasonics and centrifugal machines.

The product is applied by spray, dip or any mechanical means, without creating hazardous conditions.

When possible, pre-wet surface with water. Pre-treat heaviest soil with full strength Triple7 Aircraft &Metal. Use water above 20°C for optimum cleaning performance.

Allow to soak for 5 minutes before final application and washing. Residual product will have no negative effect on the surface.
