• Ti(C,N) + Al2O3 + Used Edge Detection (Chrome).

MF2 Chipbreaker Programme

• First choice for finishing with negative inserts.
• Suitable for chip control at depths of cutting down to 0,25 mm, provided that the feed rate is in excess of 0,25 mm/rev.
• Good capacity for medium rough machining.
• Recommended machining range: f = 0,10–0,40 mm/rev, ap = 0,2–3,0 mm.
• (f = 0.004–0.016 in/rev, ap = 0.008–0.120 inch).
