About Grade TM2501
Duratomic® grade. A highly capable grade for austenitic stainless steel turning with combinations of high resistance and superior edge toughness. First choice in austenitic stainless steel turning. Complements in steel turning with heavy intermittent cuts. Ti(C,N) + Al2O3 + Used Edge Detection (Chrome). W-MF4 Chipbreaker Prog.ramme Easy cutting action chipbreaker for high feed machining of stainless steel. Provides good surface finish in finishing operations and high feed wiper productivity in medium-roughing machining. Indicative machining range: f = 0,05-0,90 mm/rev, ap= 0,2 - 6,0 mm.
