Start with the material. Titles name the cut, for example double cut, aluminium cut, non-ferrous cut or Inox, so pick the cut that matches your job. Then choose the shape and end style from the product title, and match the shank size to your tool, as burrs are listed with 1/4 inch and 6mm shanks.
