SKF Radial Shaft Seals (CR Seals)
SKF CR radial shaft seals prevent lubricant from escaping and contaminants from entering rotating shaft assemblies. We stock the HMSA10 and CRW1 series in two elastomer compounds: NBR (nitrile rubber, designated R or RG) for general-purpose applications, and FKM (Viton, designated V) for higher-temperature environments or where chemical resistance is required. Available in both single and double lip configurations to suit different sealing requirements.
SKF Speedi-Sleeves
SKF Speedi-Sleeves are thin-walled stainless steel repair sleeves that restore a worn shaft seal journal to a useable surface without the cost or downtime of shaft replacement. They press-fit over the worn area and provide a new sealing surface for a replacement shaft seal — a fast, economical repair solution for shafts worn by fretting, corrosion or seal lip damage. Commonly used on motor and pump shafts, transmission output shafts and any rotating shaft where a worn seal journal would otherwise require shaft refurbishment.
SKF LGEP 2 High-Load Grease
SKF LGEP 2 is an extreme pressure bearing grease formulated for heavily loaded, slow-speed applications including open gears, sliding surfaces and bearings under shock loading. Supplied in 420ml cartridges compatible with standard grease guns, it is suitable for applications where conventional mineral greases would be displaced under high contact pressures.
