U-Bolts

Metric Round Bend U-Bolts

Round bend U-bolts suit pipe, tube and conduit clamping where the fitting must conform to a cylindrical profile. The Metric U-Bolt Round Kit Mild Steel Hot-Dip Galvanised is suited to outdoor, infrastructure and marine-adjacent applications where long-term corrosion protection is required. The U-Bolt with Kit 304 Stainless Steel and U-Bolt with Nuts 316 Stainless Steel provide full stainless options for marine, food processing and chemical applications. 316 grade is preferred in direct salt water or chloride-rich environments.

Metric Square Bend U-Bolts

Square bend U-bolts provide a flat bearing surface against the clamped member — preferred for flat bar, rectangular tube, leaf spring clamping and structural applications where the bolt must not rotate under load. The Metric U-Bolt Square Kit Mild Steel Zinc Plated is the standard mild steel zinc option. The U-Bolt Square Kit Spring Washer Mild Steel Galvanised includes spring washers and is suited to outdoor structural pipework and cable management installations.

BSW Imperial U-Bolts

BSW thread U-bolts are required for older plant, agricultural machinery and imported equipment using Whitworth fastening. The BSW U-Bolt Round Kit HEC Mild Steel Zinc Plated and BSW U-Bolt Square Nyloc Washer Mild Steel cover round and square bend BSW options with mild steel zinc finish. The square-bend variant includes nyloc nuts to resist loosening in vibration-prone installations.
