Standard water hose reels are typically rated to 20-25 bar (300-360 PSI) — well above municipal water supply pressure (typically 3-5 bar at the tap). For pressure-washer applications running at 80-200 bar, dedicated high-pressure reels are required. Match the reel and hose pressure rating to the maximum pressure in the system, with appropriate safety factor.
