- Match the wheel diameter and rim size: metric wheels are stocked from 100mm to 280mm diameter; pneumatic and flat-free wheels are sized by tyre profile (e.g. 2.50 x 4", 3.50 x 6", 4.00 x 8"). Bigger wheels roll more easily over uneven ground and last longer under load.

What's the difference between a wheel and a castor?
A wheel is the rolling component on its own — it needs a bracket, stem or axle already on your equipment to mount to. A castor is a complete unit: the wheel plus a swivel, fixed or bolt-hole bracket.
