Choosing brushes, rollers and trays
Match the brush to the job: wall brushes for broad areas, and sash cutter or angle cutter brushes for cutting in at edges and corners. Pick the roller cover and frame as a pair, so the cover length matches the frame size, and check the nap length on the microfibre covers for the surface you are painting. Trays come in sizes to suit the roller (130, 230 and 270), and the kits bundle the tray with a roller. Check the size option on each product page before you order. Always check the data sheet.

What brush sizes do you stock?
Phoenix brushes are listed from 12 mm to 100 mm, depending on the model. The 3 brush set covers 25, 50 and 75 mm, and the 5 brush set covers 12, 25, 38, 50 and 75 mm.
Can I buy roller covers separately from the frame?
Yes. Polyester roller covers, microfibre covers, Gold Stripe mini covers and the cage and mini slide-on frames are all listed separately, so you can replace worn covers without buying a new frame.
Do you sell roller and tray kits?
Yes. There is a Phoenix 230 mm paint roller and tray kit and a 130 mm enamel tray kit, plus brush sets if you want a few sizes in one purchase.
