Start with the surface and the job. Choose a primer for the base coat, then a topcoat that suits the finish you want, and check the product type in the title, enamel, lacquer, epoxy, cold galvanising or marking paint. Where the surface is already rusted, our rust converters and treatments are a separate step, so check the product page for how each is applied. Check the pack, aerosol or bulk, and the colour and size. For equipment, match the brush or roller cover to the paint you are applying.
