CRC SmartWasher

The CRC SmartWasher is a bioremediation-based parts washing system — an alternative to solvent or aqueous washers that uses naturally occurring, non-pathogenic microbes to break down oil, grease and carbon-based contaminants into water and carbon dioxide, rather than chemical solvents. How it works

• Oil and grease contaminants enter the OzzyJuice cleaning solution as parts are washed
• A surfactant in the solution emulsifies the oil
• Naturally occurring Ozzy microbes consume the emulsified oil
• The oil converts into water and carbon dioxide, so the solution keeps working without constant fluid changes

Each washer is also available as a complete Starter Kit (SW-23-4/8, SW-28-4/8, SW-37-4/8/X1 — the number denotes the OzzyJuice pack included) bundling the unit with its first fill of cleaning solution. Ongoing consumables include OzzyJuice heavy-duty and high-performance degreasing solution (20L and 18.9L), OzzyMat multi-layer filters, OzzyBooster microbial enhancer, and Apple Scent odour neutraliser.

What is OzzyJuice and how often does it need replacing?

OzzyJuice is CRC's bioremediating cleaning solution. Is SmartWasher cleaning fluid hazardous or flammable?
