Choosing a strap
Choose the width and length to suit the load, then the type: ratchet straps for tensioning a load, cam buckle straps for lighter tie-downs and a turnbuckle where you need to adjust tension on a fixed line. Each listing states its rated load, so match it to the load you are securing. Always check the data sheet for the rated load and correct use before you order.
