Choosing vehicle recovery gear
Match the rating of every item in a recovery to the load. Ratings in the titles are shown as MBS (minimum breaking strength) or as capacity or working load, so check which one applies to the product you are buying, and use items in the recovery chain that are rated for the load. For dock buffers, choose the profile and size to suit the dock face.
Always check the data sheet. Confirm the rating, size and fitting suit your vehicle and your recovery or dock before using or ordering.
