Lockjaw L2160480 455mm Swivel Pad C-Clamp, 220mm

The Lockjaw L2160480 is the longest Lockjaw locking C-clamp: 455mm, with swivel pads and a 220mm jaw opening. The deep throat reaches into large panels and frames, and the swivel pads let the clamp sit flat on angled work without denting or gouging delicate surfaces. It suits fabricators, welders and maintenance crews holding big work. A locking C-clamp is a locking plier built in a C shape. It holds work like a clamp, hands free, until you squeeze the release lever.

Ordinary locking pliers need two hands to set the jaw opening for each job. Lockjaw pliers adjust themselves: set the clamp pressure once with the Set and Forget screw, from slight to extreme, and the jaws then close on thick or thin work with the same grip, one-handed. To choose: the same size without swivel pads is the L2150480, also 220mm opening. For smaller jobs, the 330mm swivel pad C-clamp L2140275 opens to 80mm.
