This AAP stainless steel buttweld 90 degree elbow is grade 304/304L stainless steel, Schedule 10S. It is supplied in 9 sizes, 1 in (25 mm) to 8 in (200 mm).
A 90 degree elbow turns the pipe run through a right angle. It is welded end to end with the pipe, so the joint is a continuous weld instead of a thread or flange. AAP lists this one as an L/R (long radius) elbow.
AAP supplies its stainless steel butt weld fittings made from welded stainless steel pipe, which is made from 2B or HRAP stainless steel strip formed to shape and longitudinally welded. AAP lists high tensile strength, a robust build and rust free properties as the advantages of these fittings, and says they are most commonly used in refinery complexes, chemical production and petrochemical engineering (manufacturer-stated).

A, B and C are the dimensions lettered on the AAP drawing, in millimetres. A is the outside diameter and B the inside diameter at the weld end. Wall thickness is from the ASTM A312M table AAP lists for Sch 10S.
Selecting the right option
Match the schedule and wall thickness to the pipe you are welding to. AAP does not publish a pressure rating for the fittings themselves. AAP gives material specifications for 316L only, so none are shown for grade 304/304L.
