A forged class 3000 90° elbow that turns a threaded line by 90 degrees in a single short fitting. Made to ASME B16.11-2009 from ASTM A105 carbon steel, hot-dipped galvanised with NPT female threads, both ends cut at both ends. Hot-dipped galvanised finish to ASTM A153 gives long service life on exposed and buried runs. Threads are cut before galvanising and will engage standard BSPT or NPT pipe. As a threaded elbow in galvanised with NPT connections, it pairs cleanly with the rest of the AAP high-pressure range so a complete joint can be built from one supplier.
