Selecting the right option
This listing is the heavy series in ASA chain numbers 50H, 60H and 80H, which are the 50, 60 and 80 pitches (5/8, 3/4 and 1 in) with the plate thickness and pin length shown in the size table. Match the chain number, including the H, to the existing chain and sprockets.
Chain made to the ASA series and chain made to the BS series are not the same size, even where the pitch is the same, so do not mix them on one drive.

Fitting and use
Fit the chain to matching sprockets, keep it lubricated, and replace worn sprockets with the chain, as a new chain on worn sprockets wears quickly. Use the connecting link supplied to join the chain to length.
