The Alemlube 5080AN is a hand-operated, hi-flo drum pump moving up to 110 L/min from 60L and 205L drums or bulk tanks -- low torque, high volume, and suited to diesel, fuel, AVGAS, oils and petrol alike.

It's supplied complete with an FA2N filter fitted with a 10 micron element, a 2.6m antistatic UV and fuel-resistant hose, a 4-piece downtube, spout and spout holster, a heavy-duty bung adaptor and a covered handle with steel-sprung grip on the hose assembly.

The Alemlube 5080AN is a heavy-duty, hand-operated rotary drum pump for fast, controlled refuelling straight from a 60 L or 205 L drum, IBC or bulk tank. It transfers diesel, petrol, kerosene and light oils up to SAE 30 at up to 100 litres per minute — around one litre per turn of the handle — and is supplied complete with an FA2 10-micron fuel filter, delivery hose, spout and bung adaptor.

Choosing the right pump

Choose the 5080AN when you need higher flow than a standard lever pump but do not have power at the point of use. The lockable handle helps prevent unauthorised fuel transfer, while the low-torque rotor and PPR-covered grip reduce operator fatigue during high-volume transfer. It suits diesel, petrol, kerosene and oils up to SAE 30 — it is not designed for solvents or chemicals, which can attack the Buna-N seals. If you do not need the FA2 filter, the companion 5060AN covers diesel, petrol, Avgas, kerosene and light oils.
