Asada B50 Manual Pipe & Bolt Threading Machine, 750W 1-Phase

The Asada B50 is a manual die head pipe and bolt threading machine with a 2 inch pipe capacity. It threads 1/4" to 2" BSPT or NPT pipe, has a 750 W universal single phase motor running at 40 rpm (no load), and includes a footswitch for safety.

It is supplied with all dies and dieheads from 1/2" BSPT up to 2", plus a cutter, reamer, threading oil and tubular legs. A roll groover can be fitted to the B50: see the Asada GR641.

Selecting the right option

The B50 suits pipe up to 2 inch. For larger pipe, or an automatic die head, see the Asada automatic pipe and bolt threading machines. Roll grooving can be added with the Asada GR641 roll groover and the RGAR916 adapter. Use Asada Threading Oil, Standard Grade for general threading or Asada Neat Threading Oil, High Grade for stainless and high tensile steels.
