Asada BTM25 Rod/Bolt Threading Machine, 1140W 1-Phase, 1.5HP

The Asada BTM25 is a dedicated rod and bolt threading machine, with a standard thread capacity of 8 to 24 mm. Its 1140 W (1.5 HP) single phase motor runs at 80 rpm (no load), faster than the pipe threading machines, and the rod is held in a vice so long lengths or bent material can be threaded.

The machine threads right hand only. A separate machine for left hand threading only is available on request.

Selecting the right option

Choose the BTM25 when most of your threading is rod and bolt rather than pipe. Check the thread form and size you need against the dies available for the machine before ordering. For left hand threading, ask AIMS about the left hand machine. Use Asada Threading Oil, Standard Grade for general threading or Asada Neat Threading Oil, High Grade for stainless and high tensile steels.
