Asada SD89049 Dies Alloy 1 1/2-2" BSPT

Asada alloy BSPT threading dies, supplied by size. They are made from special pre heat-treated steel for long life and easy threading.
The life of the dies is greatly affected by the quality of cutting oil used, so Asada Threading Oil is strongly recommended. Alloy dies are for general purpose threading, such as black or galvanised pipe and rod.

Selecting the right option
Choose the die by thread type (BSPT) and the size you thread. For stainless and high tensile steels choose HSS dies. Use Asada Threading Oil, Standard Grade or Asada Neat Threading Oil, High Grade to extend die life.
