BECO 6300 Extreme Temperature Deep Groove Ball Bearing Open 330°C

The BECO BHTS 330° runs from -20°C to +330°C — above the range of any sealed or shielded bearing in the BECO line. It is the long-standing solution for kiln trolley and furnace running gear fitted with an automatic oil dropping system.

Rings and balls are stabilised AISI 52100 chrome steel with a manganese phosphate coating, clearance is opened to 4xC5, and the bearing is packed with molybdenum disulphide grease. The open design lets the oil dropping system feed lubricant straight into the bearing.

This bearing is for automatic lubrication only. It needs a continuing supply of high temperature oil in service — without it the bearing will oxidise, seize and fail early. Where there is no automatic lubrication, ask us about the greased BHTS ZZ 280° or the grease-free graphite cage BHTS ZZ GR CG 350°.
