Bossweld Bernard Style Gas Diffuser 300 Amp fits Bernard 200/300 style MIG torches. It is rated for the 300 A Bernard torch and is supplied in a pack of 2.

The gas diffuser sits at the front of the torch neck and spreads the shielding gas evenly around the contact tip and weld pool. A blocked or worn diffuser gives uneven gas flow, which shows up as porosity in the weld.

Match the diffuser to your torch style and to the tip and nozzle you run on it, because diffusers from different torch styles will not interchange. Replace a diffuser when its gas holes are blocked with spatter, its threads are worn or it is damaged.
