Bramley CP41.5 Chassis Hole Punch 1-5/8" (41.5mm)

Bramley chassis hole punches cut neat holes in sheet metal from 1/2 inch (12.5 mm) to 2 inch (51 mm) across 15 sizes. They use a 3 point punch design for easier cutting and an upgraded tool steel specification for increased life and performance, and cut stainless steel more easily than the previous design.

To use one: drill a hole 1/32" (0.8 mm) larger than the drive screw, insert the screw through the die, place the screw through the hole in the metal and screw on the punch, then turn the drive screw with a spanner or wrench until the metal is cut.

Selecting the right option

Choose the punch by the hole size you need, then confirm the sheet thickness is within the capacity shown. Drill a pilot hole 1/32" (0.8 mm) larger than the drive screw thread listed for that size.
