CRC Lubricant Food Grade Silicone Multi-Purpose Trigger Spray 443ml
Available
CRC Food Grade Silicone is a multi-purpose silicone lubricant supplied in a 443ml hybrid trigger pack. It is a liquid, not an aerosol, and it leaves a clear, colourless, non-hardening film that minimises corrosion and provides lubricity.
CRC lists it for food processing and handling equipment, for lubricating metal-to-non-metal and plastic-to-plastic contact areas, and as a release agent. CRC states it is harmless to most rubbers and plastics.

Selecting the right option
This page is the 443ml trigger pack, a flammable liquid. For the dry film aerosol see CRC Food Grade Silicone Spray Multi-Purpose 283g, which has different properties. CRC also lists a water based version, CRC Water Based Food Grade Silicone NSF H1 Multi-Purpose Spray 369g.
Using it
Do not apply while equipment is energised or onto hot surfaces.
Spray light, even coats where lubrication or moisture protection is needed. Repeat until adequate, using only what is necessary.
Re-apply as needed.
Storage and handling
CRC gives a conditional warranty of 5 years from date of manufacture. Keep the pack away from heat and ignition sources.
