Key specifications

Selecting the right option

The SW-28 starter kits include the machine plus a first fill of fluid and OzzyMat filters: CRC SmartWasher Starter Kit SW-28-4 (SW-4 fluid) and CRC SmartWasher Starter Kit SW-28-8 (SW-8 fluid). For the fluids sold separately see CRC SmartWasher OzzyJuice SW-4 Heavy Duty Degreasing Solution 20L and CRC SmartWasher OzzyJuice SW-8 Select Metals Degreasing Solution 20L.

Using it

CRC's SW-28 manual says to connect the machine to a 220VAC supply through a GFCI outlet. If an extension cord is used, the minimum is 5A/220V.

CRC's SW-28 manual lists the 2nd Brush Station Kit (4650-BRKIT) as an optional item, so confirm with CRC what is supplied with the machine. The thermostat is factory-set to maintain 40°C to 46°C.

Limits and safety

CRC lists a safety data sheet as not applicable for this item. The fluids used in the machine have their own safety data sheets, so check the one for the OzzyJuice you use. CRC's certification wording for the machine is not stated here because CRC's own documents print it two different ways.
