Dixon FT150S Probe Only FloTech Checkmate Overfill Detection Stainless

This Dixon Flotech Checkmate overfill detection probe is a 7 in (178 mm) black and white 2-wire probe in 316 stainless steel. It is the probe only, supplied without a housing (manufacturer-stated).

Dixon designs the stainless steel probes for use with chemicals, with all wetted parts in 316 stainless steel or PTFE, and states a maximum working pressure of 900 PSI at 21 degrees C. The probe threads onto the 80 mm (3 in) clean-out nipple of a DOT 407 tank, using the FT191S housing (manufacturer-stated).

Selecting the right option

This is the probe only, so it needs a housing: the FT191S stainless steel housing is linked below and is ordered separately. The probe length is 7 in (178 mm), and Dixon states the sensor length can be adjusted with 20 mm (3/4 in) NPT pipe nipples. The probe is a 2-wire black and white type, so check that your monitor or socket system uses that wiring before you order. Dixon also lists a 5-wire stainless probe (FT100S) for 5-wire systems.
