ENC UC201-270C 270°C High Temperature UC Insert Bearing 12 x 47 x 31 mm

This ENC 270°C range covers 15 UC200 series insert bearings with grub screw locking, from 12 to 65 mm bore and 40 to 120 mm outer diameter. Select the size from the drop-down: each size has its own bearing number and dimensions, and the sizes with published figures also list basic dynamic and static load ratings, mass and speed.
Each insert is made from AISI 52100 steel with a manganese phosphate surface treatment and increased radial clearance to compensate for thermal expansion. It is factory greased with Molyguard CF-2 grease, specified from -35°C up to 270°C. The insert locates on the shaft with a grub screw and seats in a matching UC200 series housing.

Selecting the right option
UC200 series inserts are chosen by shaft diameter (bore d) and need a matching UC200 series housing. Sizes with no rating, mass or speed in the table have dimensions only, so confirm load and speed with AIMS before ordering.
This range is the ENC 270°C range: Molyguard CF-2 grease is specified from -35°C up to 270°C.
Fitting and use
Check the load, speed and working temperature against the figures for your size before ordering and apply a suitable safety factor.
ENC bearings are greased at the factory. Do not wash the grease out.
Fit the insert on a clean shaft and lock it with the grub screw once it is positioned in the housing.
